What are your policies regarding cancellations and refunds?

All web based cancellations need to be facilitated via email, and will correspondingly be dated according to the "time sent" rather than "time read by us". If you have not received some sort of response within 24 hours of sending your request, please give us a call so we can confirm receipt of your correspondance. Our refunds are handled via the following guidelines:

  • No show with no notice given to us: 0% refund. Customers who fail to notify us of a cancellation will be charged the full amount of the trip.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation, you will receive 100% refund.
  • If you cancel prior to 24 hours of your scheduled pickup, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No gratuity charged in any scenario where there is a cancellation.

Is smoking permitted on the vehicles?

For the interests of keeping our vehicles fresh and clean for all of our clients, we do not allow smoking in any of our vehicles at any time.

Do you add gratuity to the bill?

It is our belief that whenever possible, we try to leave gratuity choice up to the client. However, there are times, in the interest of keeping our pricing consistend with the PTC that we will add 20% gratuity to the bill when we provide specialized services, facilitate reservations online, perform charter runs, or out of county trips. The client will always be notified in such cases. There will be no hidden charges and everything is disclosed up front.

Is alcoholic consumption permitted on your vehicles?

Yes, provided you are of legal drinking age, that is!One of the prime benefits of utilizing a party bus or limousine is that DOT licensed vehicles allow for passenger consumption of alcohol. Please keep in mind, however, that we cannot provide alcohol for you, you must bring your own! We do however have coolers on our vehicles stocked with ice!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept all major credit cards, cash, travelers checks, and pre approved locally drafted personal checks.

How do you handle variations from our route itinerary?

If there are significant changes during the run, an additional fee can be assessed at the discretion of the driver and with pre arranged agreement of the customer.
